Omni Charlottesville Hotel

It was close to a nice little area with lots to do.

We booked the property because it said it had a bathtub, but it did not.

We stay here exclusively whenever we visit Charlottesville. You can’t beat the location!! Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds and a great bar . Definitely recommend!

Great hotel with fantastic service - the staff were very friendly. Both restaurants offered quality food. Great location where we were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. Quality and location cannot be beat.

I’m really sad to be writing this review because the hotel is beautiful. If you plan on going to sleep before 1am don’t book here. The conservatory atrium that my assigned roomed looked over is beyond loud and I’m not joking. Your room volume is the exact same as sitting in the restaurant bar and my floor was high up. People yelling and loud music. Utterly ridiculous for $300 a night to not be able to sleep. Im very pregnant and was fed up went down at 11pm for a room change and unfortunately they didn’t have any to offer on the otherside of the hotel. The noise volume was truly unexceptionable for having people pay to sleep there. It needs to be more clear when booking the hotel what you’re going to expect. And Omni please stop playing music with drums and bass at a reasonable hour my room shouldn’t sound like a jazz dance class after midnight. Maybe put some fun carpets in the conservatory and better window noise blocking treatments and there are so many fashionable noise blocking wall treatments you could do on the brick walls!

Very pleased with the service, professionalism and kindness of the staff at the OMNI Charlottesville. Mark the valet was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He totally went out of his way to assist me at my BGCA Virginia/DC conference. Hotel was very clean and the check-in was flawless. Banquet team was fantastic! The bartender Tuesday night was incredible. Well Done OMNI Staff!
