Parking lot was a little full at times but overall a decent stay

Good parking , easy check in and out

Everything was good wasn’t told the time to check out or what time breakfast started or ended so we missed it I had to ask when check out was. No hair dryer in the holder for one

Clean and friendly staff

The bed slept good

The room was in another part of the motel and the refrigerator leg was broke so the motor was not running right I had to go out and get a rock to prop up the refrigerator from tilting. The tub faucet was about to fall in the tub. And it was an old tub. The toilet didn't want to flush sometimes and again the carpet was dirty enough to leave smudges on my socks that I have to carry with me for motels these days. Because they don't mop the linoleum with clean water and they don't steam clean the carpets

The water was hot and the bed slept good and the air was nice and cold water

The refrigerator was too old and was not keeping stuff cold. And like all motels these days I don't know why the floors get your feet dirty, whether it's carpet or linoleum. I always have to bring socks to walk around in and they get dirty

Nice staff and comforting room

Only thing I liked about the property was the close drive to the event I needed to be at.

Everything. The rooms smell of cigarettes was SO POTENT. The sheets were stained. The toilet was dirty and had a big bug in it.

Strong smell of previous smoking in the room upon entering. Room appeared clean, but did see some bugs (not bed bugs) in the room. Hotel in general is run down and needs some major repairs.

Expedia lost my reservation so I had to spend an hour at the front desk before that was sorted out. Once I got a person on the phone, the issue was solved quickly.
