The floors were peeling up and there was water seeping through them. The bed had chunks out of the headboard.

Rooms were beautifully decorated clean, and Nick the manager was wonderful.I will definitely stay there again, and recommend this hotel highly.

The ad for this.lroperty didnt mention that the pool has not been mantained and not available. They should remove it from the list of amenities as it was part of the reason I booked here. For $15 dollars more i could have had a pool AND a clean room. The ro om looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. The re were diry handprints on the bathrooom door and all light switches and a shoe print in the shower. Upon check in they said they were supposed toncharge a $50 deposit for my SERVICE DOG but would let it slide this time. A service dognis not a.pet and should not be treated as such. Overall the place is dismal at best.

The towels were dirty form the previous guest. No tv or internet No room daily room cleaning. Too much noise during construction project in room 223 Checked into the Americas Best Value Inn at 700 NW 75TH St Gainesville, FL 32607 to stay over for the birth of my grandson. I paid for the nights of December 13th and 14 on two separate transactions due to my daughter’s long labor. The owner says he will charge me $400 if I decide to stay the week, 7 nights including the previous stays. On December 15th, I told the desk clerk I was leaving for the hospital and did not know if I would be going back home for a few more days. The clerk offered me the 7 days for $400. He was to include the 3 previous days and add 4 extra days to my stay for the $400. Sunday Later that day, the hospital decided to release my daughter Monday night. Monday morning, 10am, I Inform the desk clerk that I will not need the room for the remainder of the stay due to my daughter being released from the hospital that afternoon. The clerk told me that there is no refund policy and would not refund my money. I told the clerk that he charged me for 2 days (13 &14) plus 7 days for the one day stay (December 15,2024). I informed the clerk I was going to file a dispute to dispute the addition charges. I should only PAY for one day on December 15, AND NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE ADDITIONAL 6 DAYS. The total for December 16, 2024 should be the $76.65 per night charge including tax and fees, NOT $400 billed to my card December 16, 2024.

It’s an old hotel but the room was clean and the beds were comfy.

Horrific

When i got there the place looked rundown, like the hood. The person that took my money was behind bars and served through a small window. The room had a stain by the headboard on the floor. The mattress was very cheap, and has this big dent in the middle like an elephant had been sleeping in it. The mattress made a noise every time i moved. Sounded like a wrestling ring. I went in the restroom and had to fight off a roach. The ceiling looked like it had mold in the shower. Was not worth what i paid. Foreigners just trying to get paid is what i experienced. That place needs to be torn down. Its a dump for cheap people. You can tell that sometime unlawful goes on there!!!

We never made it ..there was a major accidents ..went back home
