The hotel started on a high note by emailing us Geneva passes before our arrival- this makes travel much easier when you arrive. We had a truly wonderful experience right from check in. Amazing large room with modern amenities. A very attentive staff. Extremely helpful concierge team (5 stars for Ms Lilit). Great breakfast spread. Lake Geneva is like 20 steps away. Travel on public transport is easy with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Highly recommend
