Great place that is much more affordable than other options with this quality. The hotel is in a great area and the bed is comfortable. No eveing meals or bar but many options around.

Quite surprised by how good this hotel was. I was thinking it's only a 3 star, so wasn't expecting much. It was clean, spacious and even got a free room upgrade. The only thing I found odd was how the upgraded room had

Perfect location. The room is comfortable and quiet. Staff is very welcoming.

Uneventful. Not great. Not bad. Just a small clean room. We did ask for extra pillows and could not get them. The front desk didn’t know how. But she said come down to get them since she was by herself. Little bit wasted my time.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station, not far from he main shops, the old town and all the key sites. Fairly small hotel with 10-13 rooms on 5 floors. Room was a reasonable size, had everything you could need and were very warm. Breakfast room is small so can get congested at popular times. Breakfast itself was okay.

Really excellent service. The staff are friendly, particularly the staff serving breakfast. They were absolutely amazing. Made me feel welcome. Thank you.

This hotel is well located in Geneva- close to the main station. Unfortunately is was dirty, noisy, the elevator didn’t work for part of my stay, my door would not open until an average of 5 tries. Also, the credit card machine would not work when I went to pay on my way out to the airport. They finally took my payment by logging in the numbers physically. On the flip side, a couple of staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location is good!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Closevto station and easily walkable to everything. We had thhe executive room,that dhould accomodate 4 people, but were never told the extra bed woukd be a pull out couch that would not lay flat. When we enquired about it - they said it was for small children. False advertising!

We only had one night in Geneva and hotel Kipling was a great choice. Minutes from the beautiful lake and also an easy stroll from the train station. We didn't get to use the free transport card but a great addition to the stay! Breakfast was varied and friendly and staff were all very lovely. The room was quiet and spacious and the bed very comfortable.
