Very friendly lady, close to the main square, kitchen for cooking

Very basic but good for the price A bit old but again probably ok for the standards of isabela island

✅Amazing motherly warm lady on the reception!! She hugged me like a daughter upon arrival! 🩷☺️🩷☺️ ✅ hot shower is hot ✅ clean towels, bedding ✅ they even provided shampoo and conditioner for hairs in two separate sachets!!! First hotel 🏨 who does it!! (Except 5stars hotel, of course). And it is so useful !! Because you snorkel everyday and I happily used it 😻 ✅ you have cold and hot water to refill your bottles and cups ✅oh! Even refrigerator!!! ✅ location is good: 15 mins walk to pier (or 2$ taxi), church is near (church is where you start some trips). Basically, everything is near here 😆😀🌋

The position was good, 2 min from the center. It was possible to refill our bottles with fresh water and leave our backpacks there on the last day.

Fanny was nice however she does not speak english at all. In the bathroom and in the room we saw several bugs. Both sheets and pillowcases were stained. The shower knob fell off when we first opened it and literally remained in our hands. In general we had problems with the shower.

Fanny is so lovely and kind. Beautiful accomodation. Lovely service, hot water, air conditioning.

Unfortunately there was a lady from Japan (Anna) who lied about having a room booking and refused to leave her room even though they all explained to her she didn’t have a booking. If you are worried about staying here after reading her review, do not be. She is a weirdo 🤣

There was something wrong with water in the room I was supposed to stay in. The host lady informed me that and found a nice hotel nearby at no extra cost.
