Construction work being done early morning, was woke up at 730 on a weekend off

I’ll keep it short 1. The desk clerk tried to steal from me by charging ten dollars extra to pay cash and I would get no receipt. 2. The first room was filthy with a non working ac and pieces of it on the floor. 3. The second room had a bed already slept in, the toilet barely flushed, the sink barely drained, the linens and towels were stained and not fresh. 4. The entire first floor reeked of weed shortly after I got there. It only smelled like cigarettes in the lobby when I got there. 5. There was dried dog poop on the floor of my room. 6. The staff was non existent and treated me like I was the problem. Really? 7. People propped the security doors open all night so there was no security. 8. The parking lot is full of construction equipment that isn’t part of their declared “renovation”. I’m sure it’s not staying there for free. 9. When I voiced these things to CS they tried to force me into a three way call with the manager. WTH is that?? 10. Trip Advisor reviews are WAY overrating this place. It’s not safe. It’s not clean. It is full of people using drugs.

They need to check the room speller.Because our room was flooded.The 4 in the bathroom was talking wet and smells middle and here the tiles release in the bathroom.There's no trash can in the bathroom in my room. Refrigerator smells

It was adequate

Nothing.

No breakfast. No coffee until 7am. Coffee pot cleaned out. No working microwave in the room. I had to go downstairs to warm up my food. Trashy all over the parking lot. Trash in the hallway.
