Red Roof Inn Austin - Round Rock

Not very pleasant. Toilet lid/seat was broke, Inslid side to side when I dat on it. Then i yried to call downstairs to the front desk but phone was not on service. Personal informed me that the "janitor needs to fix it". Then my remote control to the television was not working, etc...after checking out I could not even get a receipt for my records, copier was broke. Yeah, not a good experience. I should not have paid as much as I did to stay there. I will be sure to mention to my friends what a wonderdul stay I had at the Red Roof Inn in Round Round, Texas

dog poop left on floor for multiple hours, unclean rooms and facility, aging doors offset from frame, no soap in bathroom, trash left on floor of room, room generally unclean and displeasant

Room clean and comfortable. Ice broken

Where is breakfast? No coffee in the morning.

Dirty and smelly hotel.

They were remodeling which is great but could’ve let people know. No pool, no breakfast, sticky floors, trash everywhere in stairwell. But my room was clean!

Horrible customer service dirty room charged me twice. No refund

I had a horrible experience even though I never even stayed there they promised me that they will refund my money but they never did
