Rory and Anna went above and beyond in making my check-in experience seamless, answering all my questions, and having me feel welcomed to Happy Valley on a busy game weekend. I wish I could rate this experience 10 stars!

My boyfriend liked the breakfast

Walls were thin. Sounded like your own door was opening. Towels looked like they had skid marks. All of them even hand towels. Shower drain was plugged and water was in the tub. Stains on sheets and blood stain on comforter.

The staff was nice and the hotel in general seemed fine and average. However the room was disappointing. The walls are super thin. Whenever anyone walked by or even opened their door in the hallway it sounds like someone was entering our room. The place didnt seem clean. We found tic tacs on the floor under the desk. The sheets had ominous stains on them as well as a blood stain on the comforter. The bathroom towels had what looked like skid marks. Not just on one but multiple even the hand towels. Overall it really grossed me out and made me skeptical of the cleanliness of the place. I had to open the shower drain and it had water in the tub. Looked like dripping shower head but not sure. The only semi decent thing about this was that my boyfriend thought the breakfast was pretty good. Its not that walkable to the stadium or state collage though. It is located on a main road with no sidewalks from what I could see. We parked in the nittany lion inn parking garage and walked from there. Will probably go a building down to the Hilton instead of this place in the future. Tldr; thin walls and doesnt seem clean.

My reservation was for 2 queen beds, i got up to my room and it was one king and a sofa pull out. I immediate went back down to the front desk and was told there is nothing she could do about it. Very frustrating
