The property was really nice but the room was not in fantastic shape. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The Airconditioning was extremely loud and kept us up all night.

Dead roaches outside of our room. Check in took about 45 minutes therefore we missed the opportunity to ride the water slide which bummed my kid out. Main reason why we had booked. We liked that they played a movie at night at the pool area, seems kid friendly, family’s making smores outside by the fire. Our building is going through a lot of renovations therefore might be the reason for the roaches. Still gross.

Nice property, definitely an older building in the happy camper section. Our a/c was rattling all night long. Beds are comfy, reception was super nice. Lobby is beautiful.

Room was clean but furniture was in bad shape. Bathrooms in desperate need of updating. Amenities were good. Restaurants (Arlo) was excellent but really pricey. All in, with the daily resort fee and all the taxes involved, it was not a good value for my stay. Overpriced.

The pool is really great unfortunately we were given a room that had a view of a brick wall and we weren’t told that and we paid extra so that we could have a balcony, but to have a balcony facing a brick wall should’ve been mentioned in the confirmation. Other than that hotel was Pretty good and we may or may not be coming back. We’ll see there’s so many other options.

We were put in the building that is under construction. There was so much dust from constriciton you could smell as you entered the building. The condition of the building should really be considered unlivable. We were shocked they housed people there. My eyes were so swollen from the circulating dirt thru the vent system I will be shocked if I don't get sick. We stayed out of the room as much as possible but you can't be paying for a room that you need to vacate! The grounds are lovely and lively and the staff as hospitable and listened to our concerns.
