I don't remember all the staff names..but the chefs that cooked omg!! I had to tip!! Bartender was cool..all staff were awesome

Pool was closed for majority of stay..wich was i booked here..my birthday is during this time and I wanted something for my grandkids..but it was being cleaned and it was being maintained so🤷‍♀️

Cockroaches in room, ice machine was down, dish washer was down, breakfast plates were filmy and dirty. Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes were burn, and eggs were watery.. not happy after paying so much for this type of stay.

staff was welcoming and friendly. food and bar was nice. rooms were clean.

pool was closed, dirty for some time. that was the main reason we chose to stay there …. to have an indoor pool for the kids if weather was rainy and/or cold and windy.
