Handlery Union Square Hotel

Enjoyable 4-nights stay with our family. Amenities were excellent, staff was friendly, rooms were clean and Handlery is perfectly located next to Union Square and in walking distance from China Town. Unfortunately no breakfast facilities instead we receveid a daily breakfast box for each family member including fresh juice, yoghurt and yummy snack. A walking hike early in the morning is also doable for a visit to Fisherman's Warff and Lombard street. We would not mind staying at the Handlery Union Suare Hotel again; overall very pleasant experience.

Outdated. Desperately needs more than a refresh. Needs a remodel.

The hotel is right in the heart of Union Square and within walking distance of many attractions. Those arriving by car can either use the hotel's valet service (for a higher fee) or safely park in one of the many 24/7 car parks nearby. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel and rooms needed renovation, so we had a heating problem in our room, but the technical team immediately helped by providing an extra heating device.

This hotel is in a great location to explore San Francisco. We stayed three nights here on a room only basis. Room is spacious. Staff friendly. Within the room there is a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a television. We had an issue with our toilet whereby it blocked and flooded the bathroom floor. We called reception who came and resolved the issue swiftly. We would stay here again.

Böyle eski ve konumu olan ve fiyatları ortalama üzeri olan bir otel odaya bir şişe su koymamıştır. Kalınan süre içerisinde bir su parasını hesap ederek kar edileceğini düşünen zihniyeti eleştiriyorum. Banyoda biten şampuan kutusunu rutin kontrol etmeyen bir hizmet anlayışı var. Otele girildikten sonra boş olan kutuyu illaha müşterinin mi hatırlatması lazım. Her temizlikte ya da her müşteri çıkış yaptığı zaman kontrol edilmesi gerekmiyor mu? Odadaki kasanın kilidi kurulmuş ancak açık şekilde bırakılması ve bunun kalınan süre içinde hiç kontrol edilmemesi oranın da kullanılmasını mümkün kılmadı.
