Really good location for a first time visitor! All the staff were really polite and helpful! The highlight of the room were the pillows which were extremely comfortable and also there was complementary coffee and tea in the room!! Furthermore when we requested for an extra blanket we were additionally offered a portable heater which was really appreciated!!!

The smell of the carpet throughout the hotel was unpleasant which really impacted the overall impression of the hotel state because otherwise the rooms looked clean. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Also the room window was facing a wall so there was zero natural light.

A reasonable priced hotel with large rooms right central to the Union Square of San Francisco? Almost unheard of. The bartender at the hotel around the corner said the outdoor pool at the Handlery is a local secret. The staff are tremendously friendly and helpful. Could not recommend this place more.

There is a pool, a sauna, and even a small gym for your daily workout. Everyone there is very friendly, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. Amazing location .

There is no breakfast provided, and the property does not offer on-site parking.
