Location

I stayed at this hotel in Osaka and overall the **location is good**, making it convenient to get around the city. However, the hotel experience did not match a **5-star** expectation. The property is **very old**, and the facilities are quite limited and dated. The room amenities were disappointing (for example, I did not find basic items like a **scale**), and there’s **no laundry service/facilities** available. The general condition of the room and common areas felt more like a lower-tier hotel rather than a premium one. Also, the hotel rooms are not clearly set up as **non-smoking by default**—my room was effectively a **smoking room**, which was not ideal and affected the comfort. If you’re looking for convenience and can tolerate an older building with minimal facilities, it may be fine. But if you’re specifically booking for a modern, high-comfort **5-star** stay, I would not recommend it.
