ホテル地下駐車場の利用に関する対応について、改善を求めたい。 当該駐車場（Times管理）を利用した際、フロントにて駐車料金の支払いおよび無料券の発行を受けたが、出庫時に事前精算機での処理が必要であることを認識しておらず、精算を行わないまま出庫してしまった。出口にて精算可能と誤認したものであり、この点は利用者側の確認不足であることは認識している。 しかしながら、その後の対応は非常に残念であった。午前中にホテルへ連絡を試みたが電話がつながらず、正午頃にようやく連絡が取れた際、「地下駐車場はTimes管理のため、直接Timesへ連絡するように」との案内のみであり、具体的なサポートは得られなかった。 結果として、Timesの問い合わせ窓口を自力で探す必要があり、有人チャットから別の電話窓口、さらに別のチャットへと案内されるなど、非常に煩雑な手続きを経てようやく解決に至った。 確かに駐車場の管理主体がTimesであることは理解している。しかし、利用者にとってはホテルの付帯サービスの一部として認識されているのが実情である。そのため、少なくとも適切な問い合わせ先（具体的な窓口や手順）について案内するなどの配慮は必要ではないか。 駐車場の存在は、車で来訪する利用者にとって重要な選択要因の一つである。したがって、トラブル時の案内やサポートについても、利用者目線に立った対応が求められる。 今後、同様のケースにおいては、より丁寧かつ実務的な案内体制の整備を期待したい。
