The room was very clean and air conditioning was very effective. I checked in last minute and the reception team were very helpful. Checkout was very easy.

Upside: - good location - asian supermarket is next door and food hall with a variety of different foods is across the plaza - close to train station and shopping center I'll only give the hotel points for this nothing more.

I went to get food for me and my friends, pressed the wrong button for the indoor automatic sliding doors that weren't opening before I pressed that button, and they stayed open for a while. When I got back, the nightshift reception guy started hysterically yelling at me, saying I broke it. I tried to calmly explain what happened, but he wasn't listening to a single word I said. He told me to fix it, I said I'm not a technician, and he told me to fix it anyway but then told me to not touch anything. then said I have to pay €2000 for a new door and €2000 to call a technician without checking anything, those are some crazy high prizes for a door which only problem is that it isn't automatically closing at that moment and to call a technician as if a big hotel doesn't have insurance or contracted technicians on standby. Why work the reception desk if you're gonna be that emotional and hostile towards guests? Next morning, the doors worked just fine. Downside: - No hand soap in the bathroom - Dirty stains on the chair - Toilet smells - Room wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, still had crumbs on the floor - Dusty bathroom and bedroom - Airco didn't work when it was 30 degrees. - Because the airco wasn't working we had the windows open, a lot of noise coming from the street from 10pm to 4am - incredibly rude receptionist guy
