Location

Didn't get to get in the pool because there was a family there a family there with a dog that did not have a leash on their dog. Kids were very disrespectful and without parents at the pool. I had to clean the hot tub in the room before we could get in it because it was dirty/pubic Hair in it as well not just dirt.

The HI did not have the booking and the girl at the desk did not care about anything but answering the phone to take reservations for the Sunday brunch. The customer service was aweful. No manager to talk to and and did not want to offer any help will never stay at a Holiday Inn.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The rooms were clean the swimming pool was great the restaurant food was amazing and so convenient to have it right in the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at your place
