Very dirty, smelled like mouse pee, they weren’t prepared for guests and it was just gross. We left early.

The hotel was a decent hotel. The towels were dirty and didn’t give me enough towels. Housekeeping never stopped in the room. Staff would be on the phone or not paying attention to customers when they needed their help.

Dirty towels and sheets. Yuck! Waited 20 minutes to check in. Yuck. Breakfast consisted of toast but they had no knives and I had to request butter and jelly. Never again.

The rooms don’t look like the pictures, very dirty. The lights didn’t even work, the bed had no bedding and there were two yellow pillows. Floor full of stains as well as couch. Check in guys charged me $53 and didn’t even say for what. Once I entered the room I left after seeing it.

No phone in the room, none of the ice machines worked, no hairdryer in the room, last guest’s clothing left on the table, bathroom had black mold, only one remote for 2 TVs. Two requests for a hairdryer went unanswered. Requested maid service but never received any. The continental breakfast consisted of only toast and peanut butter or jam with no knives only forks or spoons. Waited well over 8 minutes to check in as staff were talking in the back room and saw me but ignored me. Definitely would not stay there again!!!

Staff was super nice and it honestly made up for the rest of the experience. The room didn’t seem like it was really cleaned, just had the beds made and towels set. Our room door was very difficult to close, if you didn’t use your whole body to close it, it wouldn’t lock. The hotel itself is in a nice location by shops and food, but feels pretty sketchy inside honestly. Not sure that I would stay again :/
