My experience at this particular Double Tree was good. The customer service was Great. I thought that the parking was a bit priceyโ€ฆ.. but everything is a bit pricey these days. I did pay a little more for the convenience of Valet. I stayed on the 26th floor. The view was great, the room was clean but outdated. Like I said, overall, my stay was good. Iโ€™d stay again!

Good morning, felt compelled to write this review. Over the weekend, the young lady in valet was very kind,funny and helpful. My group was there for a prom and on such a stressful night,her energy and enthusiasm made our stay so enjoyable. Her name was Ayana, and I look forward to seeing her on our next visit! She gives top tier service.

"Houston overnight stay"
