Noisy at night. Expensive - but did book late.

We had a stay a while ago and it was fine. This time there was no internet to speak of. Even our phones didn’t get enough signal. Wasn’t overly pleased with the quality of the room (torn sheet). It was not what I expectedd for the rather price.

Everything. As stated - no where close to being value for money.

It was clean. Breakfast was nice. Location was spot on for us.

The mattress was not comfortable at all, and it was hanging over the bed frame - clearly the mattress was too big for the bed frame - so you felt like you were going to fall out of bed each time you turned over. The door looked like someone had just broken into it - I know they’re decorating and clearly the room had just been decorated but the door was terrible and clearly hadn’t been sorted yet. Didn’t fill you with much confidence that the room was safe - and the other rooms on the same floor looked the same as well.

This is probably the worst Accor hotel I've ever stayed in. 1. The door of room #808 I was given looks like it has been hit by something repeatidly. See attached. 2. When you open the door it doesnt close properly leaving the room vulnerable to robbery. Reception subsequently repaired it. 3. The air conditioning in the room was broken. Reception was unable to fix it as it was late. My wife and I had a bad night. 4. The wifi in the hotel didnt work. See attached. 5. The general manager should be reprimanded for selling a defective room to a guest. Let alone, to a Limitless member.

Very poor experience, the quality and value for money did not meet our expectations! The rooms maintenance, cleanliness and service did not match the price we paid for our stay! The noise level was shocking, the walls are paper thin so if you have any noisy neighbours you’ll hear everything… Only convenience for us was the location of the hotel before the AJ bell run. If people are looking to stay at this hotel, think twice and pay a little more! The money you spend to stay here will be wasted, you’ll have such a better expertise elsewhere.

Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado de la habitación y finalmente nos pasaron a otra habitación. El desayuno es muy bueno, con muchas opciones.

Todo estuvo bien.
