"Chic, central and civilised."

A beautiful stay at this lovely hotel will not leave you disappointed. The location is unbeatable and the staff were all extremely helpful. It is at the upper end of expense but we did not feel like we were being short-changed. The food and bar were all very pleasant but we did not have the chance to try the restaurant. Will return on my next visit to Copenhagen without doubt.

Lovely decor, very inviting lobby and restaurant. Great room and bathroom. Lovely pillows and duvet. Great products in the bathroom. Amazing location! Walking distance to Nyhavn, the great foodmarket, Glyptoteket, Magasin du Nord as well as to the all top rated restaurants that we had booked.

The shower had no front wall so no matter how carefully we showered, the bathroom was splashed down. The room was too cold. We adjusted the temp but it seemed that the staff adjusted it back again. The bed was too hard for me.
