Room dirty, hard mattresses, standing water in sink, and trash not emptied.

$100 CASH deposit mandatory. I still feel dirty. The roaches "bed bugs"get like some nightmareish horror flick. And if smellavision was a thing sewage fumes were coming from the drains. DO NOT PRE PAY FOR YOUR STAY! You will not get refunded when you want to escape. Stuff was falling from celling I think plaster (hopefully). Went to put my clothes away and there it was... a crack pipe at least it looked like one from the old say no to drugs textbook from school. I should've done more research before i prepaid.

First of all, there is a $50 cash deposit required at check in on top of using a CC to pay. This deposit was not disclosed at booking and they did not have a working ATM in their lobby which left me having to get back in my car and go down the road to the nearest ATM & pay a convenience fee on top of that. The room was absolutely filthy, bed and pillows were severely uncomfortable, AC made a horrible clicking sound all night and the bathroom tub and door was in complete disrepair. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

I reserved and paid $51 for a room, but by the time that I made it there, there were no more rooms, so I had to make reservations to another hotel because I couldn’t get in there ,but instead of me getting my whole refund $10 of my money was kept because the Regency didn’t have any more empty rooms for me to stay in so they took it upon themselves to keep $10 on my $51 payment not cool at all and very unfair

They charged me an additional $75 said you didn’t fully pay them so I needed to. Bed bugs the room stung like moldy carpet TV was brokenAC didn’t work. Stayed 1 night and then just left.

Worst conditions possible. Unsafe. Unclean.

Very gross. Hair/stains all over bedding staff was rude. Terrible experience.
