The proximity to The event in Leesburg.

The noise from the music at the truck stop next door was ridiculous! From inside the room, it was so loud, it sounded like we had it on a radio in the room. You could see daylight all around the door frame which was discomforting and made the volume of the music worse. The cord had been pulled out of the phone in the room, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The refurbishment efforts in the room were sloppy at best. Not a good value for the money ($248)!

The room was a bait and switch / king room switched to double queen. The room was filthy. Floor and baseboards gritty. Spiders abounded. “Clean” towel had bug folded in it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The ice machine was down and the guy bought a bag of ice and brought it to the room. The inside of the room was decent.

The outside of the hotel needs updating and we had to kill small roaches in the bathroom daily

"THIS PLACE SUITED OUR PURPOSE AND THE ACCESSABLE BATHROOM WAS PERFECT."

I LIKES THAT THE ACCESSABLE ROOM ACTUALLY WAS ACCESSABLE FOR MY MOTHER, THE SHELVES WERE LOWER SO SHE COULD REACH FROM CHAIR AND THE GRAB BARS IN BATHROOM WERE FUNTIONAL AND MADE PRACTICAL SENSE. THE LOCATION WAS EASY TO FIND , JUST OFF 75. ITS A NO FRILLS KIND OF HOTEL, BUT WE LIKED OUR NIGHT THERE FINE.

WELL THE ACCESSABLE ROOM HAPPENED TO BE THE FARTHEST ROOM FROM LOBBY (AND BREAKFAST). THERE WAS SOME NOISE FROM HIGHWAY AND PLENTY OF PEOPLE TALKING LOUD, WHICH I KIND OF LIKED, BUT MOM WASNT THRILLED.

We ended up not staying at this property. When we arrived, it wasn’t in the best location. The outside of the building looked desolate and neglected. When we went into the lobby, it didn’t look clean. We got there earlier than we should have so of course the rooms weren’t ready and that was fine. We expected that that was a possibility and I did ask to use the ladies room and it was extremely unclean. I went out and spoke with my husband in the driveway and we called and canceled our reservation so we never stayed there after we reserved the hotel for that week.
