Decent room

Loud music blaring by those using BBQ area. Guests sitting outside their rooms smoking weed. Room was not clean. Had to ask for towels from front desk. Pillows way to small.

Que les pedí de favor la habitación fuera en planta baja por que traía 3 niños conmigo y si se podía cerca de la alberca y me dieron una buena ubicación de la habitación

Le falto la tina de baño... Solo la última noche un pequeño incidente con el de la habitación de a lado pero se soluciono y listo.

"Keep looking"

Please keep looking. I checked reviews on another site that stated this was a good deal, however, if you are wanting clean, no mold and quiet then this is NOT what you are looking for. The staff have all been very nice, but this hotel is very run down, black mold in places and very run down. I’m not sure who is presenting clean, beautiful reviews but it’s not true. Again, the workers, photos and reviews were very nice, the hotel not at all. See a few attached photos. The AC was not working and the sheets/coverette and pillows were damp.
