The location of the property is quite good, it is near restaurants, a small beach and bus stations.

Cons: The staff that coordinates the property put a lot of conditions in witch if you don t comply you are “evacuate imediately”, witch i find it not ok. They take a security deposit in cuantum of 250 euro, and i also think is too much and disturbing, because in the rules that are presented, if you didn t clean, wash the dishes, tidy-up the place, they could withdraw from that money some cleaning fees, fees that you don t konw the exact value or anything else.(just an example of one of the things that can be taxed from those money). Furtheremore you cannot prove that you clean everything because nobody came at your exact hour of check-out to handover the property. They also have a 35 euro tax of late check-in, that i never encounter till now, and i don t think is fair, lots of propertys work with cyfer boxes for keys, and you don t need to call and pay someone to bring the keys. Despite the many conditions set by the property managers, we found stained bed linens, dirty towels, excessively worn single bed mattresses (discomfort when sleeping), lack of care products (shampoo, shower gel), broken iron plate, dirty toilet seat in the master bedroom and lack of clothes storage space in the small bedroom.

Posizione ottima sia per Sliema che per St.Julian. C'è anche una piccola spiaggia urbana a 100 metri dall'appartamento.

Excellent location if you want to go around the Island. Suits most of your tastes and very relaxing. All round facilities and very enjoyable.

really nice apartment, fully equipped and in a perfect place, 2min walk to sea front and 10 min walk to night life, but enough out of the way to get a good night's sleep.

water pressure wasn't good and shower was tiny, no cleaning products supplied.
