The room was huge! Good dining facilities and bar area

Maybe the jacuzzi needs a bit of cleaning and upgrading a bit and the fridge in my room it was making my drink cold I don’t know what was the problem

1. Walking distance to cruise port. 2. Very good breakfast. 3. Clean and relaxing venue for breakfast. 4. Room is big, clean and bed is comfortable. 5. Excellent staff, especially for a front desk lady receptionist named “Georgiana”. After checking, I went downstairs to report the bathroom facet in my room wouldn’t shut off and the floor is flooded. Georgiana, along with the beverage manager immediately ran upstairs together without hesitation while spontaneously alerting Maintenance staff. During the chaos, Georgiana ran outside the room and returned with lots of dry towels. She got down on her knees diligently drying up the flooded floor without worrying about getting herself wet. She is a wonderful employee whom this hotel should seriously take note of. I was very impressed with her professionalism. The Beverage Manager was also nice to offer me voucher for free drinks at the bar which I later didn’t use! Thanks very much anyway.

1. Bathroom is outdated. Shower faucets are very cumbersome to use and are not functioning as intended. I later found out that I had to turn the faucet 360 Degrees TWICE before successfully shutting off the water. Who would have guessed! Hand held shower head attachment is attached on the long side of the wall over the tub but not overhead as what a normal shower fixture would be expected. So as I turned on the faucet, water immediately shoot out from the hand held shower head like a pressure washer splashing all over the tub and floor. I have stayed at many hotels all over the world in my entire life and I have never encountered a terrible bathroom incident like that. 2. Air condition inside the room is not working properly, still feeling uncomfortably warm even setting the thermostat at 68F. 3. Not sure why there is a heavy duty door in the middle of a long hallway leading to some rooms. The door will not stay opened unless I free up one hand to hold it while busy with my luggages with the other hand! 4. Room is over valued but that’s my choice since it’s a walkable distance to the cruise port.

The central location was awesome.

We wish there was a laundry facility and a variety of breakfast foods. Breakfast was the same everyday.
