Air con system not working. Wasn’t particularly clean. Grounds look awful, particularly beer garden.

The location was perfect.

Booking a family room-Double bed and 2 single beds, to be given a double sofa bed and expecting a male 12 year old share a bed with a 16 year old sister! Having to makeshift a bed on the floor, and to find out that there’s no spare bedding available! Having to use towels as a blanket!

The property was fine - my room looked like it had recently been refurbished. However the reception staff weren’t terribly helpful, there was no milk in the rooms as there hadn’t been a delivery, the food was average and the price of wine exorbitant! Saturday night until late there was loud live music coming from somewhere as it was warm the windows were open, I gave up trying to get BBC on the TV so watched on the iPad instead, the pool was full fairly early Saturday morning both with swimmers and swimming lessons taking place
