Friendly staff, good location, comfortable room.

I wanted a room with the bath tub. It was not clear which room has the bath tub because I filtered "bath" in the selection, I thought every rooms have a bath tub. The staff was friendly, she explained that the room with the bath tub was booked so she couldn't rearrange. It would have been better to put it clearly which room has a bathtub :)

Fijne locatie en we zaten aan de rustige kant. Hondje mocht mee. Vriendelijk personeel.

Hotel is in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. There were only coffee makers in the room so I asked for a kettle to make tea and this was no problem. There’s lots of little treats to help yourself to at reception too. We only stayed one night, but would happily go back again.

We had a couple of small problems, but when reported at reception they were well dealt with, so it’s always worth speaking to staff.

Zu Fuß ganz bequem in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Tolles Frühstück, tolles Personal, sowohl am Empfang und an der Bar. Einfach total nett und unkompliziert.

Dusche im Badezimmer war sehr klein. Aber alles sehr sauber.
