Privilege Pool Apartments

the owner was nice, it was clean, the pool was okay

The apartment was very small and badly equiped. There was no kitchen only little fridge. no space for cooking or storage. The staff at the agency was also not very nice and didnt help us with anything.

The location was good. But had to collect keys from different places which is not ideal. Again had to give deposits which is also not a good idea as stay was only costing xx Euro and deposit was 5 xx Euros. Basic Amenities like shampoo, Oil (Kitchen) and iron was missing . AC was only in sitting room where you need it in rooms.

Was nice n clean when we got there

No cleaner for a full week No close shop/bar good 15 min walk An to say it’s called “apartment” there’s literally a fridge an a kettle.. For ladies not really anywhere to get ready without melting 🫠

The only good thing about this property was the location and the pool. The drop off also to apartment after collecting keys.

At the beginning of our stay we had to collect keys from a travel agents. We arrived at the travel agents and the women behind (blonde) the desk was rude from start to finish. You think they would want to welcome you with open arms at the start of your holiday but she was the rudest person I have ever met. Keep in mind we spent €900 plus on this accomodation. I forgot my card and my boyfriend brought the wrong card. They wanted the deposit in cash. They were so unhelpful. The woman behind the desk even started screaming at me at one stage just after I asked her why did they drop my boyfriend to a bank and left him stranded there. He had no battery on his phone and had to find his way back to the travel agents. They also said we couldn’t stay if we didn’t have the cash and threatened us. So we had to get some kind guests card who was there and ask them to take out the money for us. That was only the start of it. We entered the apartment and we noticed straight away all the ants all over the kitchen floor. I understand if there’s ants on the terrace but in the kitchen seemed like it hadn’t even been cleaned. Then to end the trip we agreed to check out at 10am but some man was banging on our door from 9am. He did this for 15 mins. I answered the door and was so confused for him to then say check out is 9am. I had to them show him the message of me agreeing it to be 10am. Honestly would not recommend this place at all. The only good thing about it was the pool.

It was clean, it had properly working air conditioner and the host was very friendly.

The price was too high. The place was nice but basic. Definitely not justified to charge this even in times of a festival.
