The beach is a beautiful and enjoyable location. The hotel facilities are in good condition. Common areas are clean and well-maintained. There is a noticeable difference between experienced staff, who provide excellent service, and newer staff, who require more training in customer care. La Vela restaurant provided excellent service: Staff were consistently courteous and professional. Food quality was very good, even though the restaurant was near full capacity.

The check-in experience needs improvement: No assistance, welcome drink, or attention was offered. Although we arrived early, the receptionist only focused on processing payment without providing any additional support or hospitality. Reception is the first point of contact and should create a positive impression, which was lacking. avoided the buffet service due to concerns about quality. Pool and Beach Area Guests were allowed to reserve loungers at both the pool and beach, which creates a negative impression and does not align with the premium profile the hotel aims to attract. Pool towels were in poor condition—worn out, discolored, and stained with food marks that had not been removed. Room towels were unavailable at check-in, not even hand towels. When requested, delivery time exceeded 30 minutes.Room Privacy Sound insulation was inadequate: Conversations from adjacent rooms were clearly audible. We could hear a neighboring family’s TV at high volume and even their arguments. The following day, another couple’s activities were also noticeable, compromising privacy. At La Huerta restaurant, service was mediocre: Pancakes were poorly prepared. Poached eggs were served as hard-boiled eggs. Food delivery was slow and did not match the price point in terms of quality.

No funcionó el aire acondicionado, no nos dejaron toallas de cuerpo ni de manos ni tapetes para el baño. Pedimos y solo nos trajeron de cuerpo. Estaba un poco empolvada la habitación.

Gostamos de tudo, muito limpo e organizado, localização perfeita.

Auf dem Rezeptionstresen lief eine Katze. Nach dem Check-in wurden wir zum Zimmer begleitet. Der Weg dorthin war dunkel und unordentlich, es gab immer noch Baustellen. Das Zimmer war ungemütlich, muffig und nicht gemäß der Fotos auf Booking.com Auch die Hotelanlage entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Wir haben um kostenfreie Stornierung gebeten, welche vom Hotel abgelehnt wurde. Es wurde fast 505 Gesamtsumme (3 Tage inkl. Frühstück) berechnet.

Hola, en general el hotel está bien, excelente ubicación, piscinas y playa muy bien. La habitación ok. La comida está bien de tamaño de porciones y precio, sin embargo creo que puede mejorar el sabor de algunos platillos.

Creo que necesitan mejorar muchísimo su servicio de restaurante, ya que hubo varios tropiezos, por ejemplo: al pedir servicio en el área de alberca, pedimos botella de agua grande y solo tenían agua en vaso, no tenían la posibilidad de hacer piñas coladas, el jugo de naranja en el desayuno no era natural, algún día no podían hacer huevos benedictinos, en el restaurante con fachada circular a la hora de la cena, los cubiertos estaban sucios (había cubiertos sucios que parecían estar mal lavados y había un tenedor que parecía que ni siquiera habían lavado), eso refleja un descuido total y creo que es inaceptable. Un par de días no salió agua para ducharse ni para el retrete, tuvimos que esperar como un par de horas, (eso es otra cosa que no debería ocurrir), otro día sí salía agua de la regadera pero no caliente. Es triste que un hotel como Camino Real, esté pasando por esta situación, no debería decaer de esta forma.
