"Overpriced for what we got"

Hotel is in bad shape, elevator has been out for 48 hours. I'm on an 8th floor. No need for further comment. No hot water for fthree days, no runing water on the shower. I has been reported on daily baisis, it took them for days to get the hot water and but the shower bearly drips water. No fixing for that. Staff is friendly if somenthing positive can be rescued. Food left in the room has full with insects, I have video but no where to upload. It has not been the best experience. Ligth shines bright in your face in my room, no way to avoid it, so no late mornings for us. May be it was bad luck, but not a great experience at all.

Amazing location. Very clean, comfortable bed, attentive staff.

Bathrooms are very dated Some food items were priced ridiculously ($455 for tacos al pastor is criminal) Would be nice to have an adults only pool area
