Tiene buena ubicación en el Centro de Monterrey, me hubiera gustado que tuviera alberca, El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y no deja dormir.

Creo que es necesario que tenga servicio médico para resolver algún problema de emergencia y botiquin medico con medicamentos para atender alergias por ejemplo.

"There is disagreement with dishonest staff"

It was fine

We forgot a bag with belongings, we called them but they told us to call next day. We called next day several times but they hang up the phone. I’m very disappointed with dishonesty from staff. Which ruins our entire stay at the hotel.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel por su ubicación y amenidades. Y al final LA ALBERCA NO SERVÍA Y EL GIMNASIO ESTABA DE MUY MALA CALIDAD. Lamentable e inadmisible que en época mundialista la alberca no sirva cuando afuera estaban a 40 grados centígrados

"Decepcionante hotel de Wyndham"

Nada

El hotel está deteriorado, toda la alfombra huele muy fuerte y mal, olor rancio, olor viejo, olor a pie, olor a humedad! En las habitaciones y en los pasillos. Insoportable es el olor!
