I liked the kind and courteous treatment and environment created by the staff members.

I did not like the way the bed was made. The sheets were badly and hastily tucked under the mattress, and it did not look very tidy. I reported this to Ivan, the front desk executive, and he gently assigned me to another room which happened to be a suite Needles to say, my staying at the Wyndham Ambassador Monterrey was one of the most pleasant one.
