"I would 100% go back but would ask for a room facing the other way."

Stunning hotel, beautiful rooms and the facilities were fantastic. Bed was so so comfortable. Staff were lovely.

my room faced the station which meant that I heard the trains all night long quite loudly so wasn’t able to sleep. I’m sure if my room was facing the other way, it would have been fine.

"Clean and central, a good choice to stay"

Location was excellent - very close to the train station, the airport bus and the city centre. Quiet and elegant with good air conditioning which was important this week. Reception staff very attentive. Rooms clean and spacious

Breakfast was lovely but too few staff here. Food wasn’t always being refilled quickly enough and the person checking us in for breakfast was often being caught for other jobs by people cause he/she only one permanently visible. This led to delays in being seated for breakfast and when travelling for work, time counts! It’s a small thing but an additonal person or two on breakfast staff would be very helpful

The breakfast was 10 out 10 ,the location is so close to the train station perfect

Nothing everything was spot on,when we checked in we were told that we had an upgrade on our room at no extra cost,we were on the 7th floor

"Excellent location and a beautiful hotel"

This is the second time we have stayed at The Queens Hotel. It can’t be beaten for location, cleanliness and the friendly staff. It was a Birthday trip to Leeds and we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely and much appreciated surprise. We will definitely be back

They made us go home 😂
