"Check parking , loading unloading and current state of roadworks impacting on all of these factors"

Friendly , good food and clean

The lack of parking. No stopping outside, not even for the bridal car due to road works. The hotel should or could have informed people. Not a great start for the bride walking 7 mins to access transport!

"Excellent location good for business or leisure"

Very comfortable room which was a good size the bathroom was also spacious. I had not paid extra for a view but the aspect was pleasant looking over the station. Importantly the secondary glazing was excellent at keeping unwanted noise out and I was undisturbed. I also have to comment on the food which was excellent throughout my stay. We had an evening meal plus breakfast and all were very generous and of good quality. Lastly I brought my elderly dog with me who slept well in the room. More importantly the hotel made no fuss about this at all and a member of staff even greeted him upon our arrival at reception. Very grateful for this.

The room was decorated in grey. Which was not really to my personal taste. I had a memory foam mattress on the bed which was comfortable enough and firm but I am not a great fan and would prefer a sprung mattress in future.

"Really disappointed for what is billed as a top hotel in Leeds - will avoid in future"

Location next to the Train Station Room clean

Breakfast was just 'ok' - not specially considering the money Room cramped Shower weak and tiny / difficult to get in and out of Cramped foyer overrun with peeps - not big enough to relax No draught beer in the bar - 'out' and not sure when we'll get more in!!!!

"very enjoyable stay"

Really enjoyable stay. Staff were very helpful, room was spacious with view of the square. Bed was very comfortable and location was perfect, being a couple of minutes from the shops.

Didn't dislike anything.

"A Pleasant Stay"

Location ideal, reception staff polite but they need to explain how to use the lift and our room was clean.

I left some expensive moisturiser in my room and asked if it could be sent to me. I was willing to pay the postage but as yet haven't had a response to my request which is disappointing.
