The golf course was nice and the staff was friendly

When we took a shower, even when the door was closed the water started to leak a lot outside of the shower. Also, when we tried to leave the parking garage our room key didn’t work and even once we closed out we were still being asked on the exit machine to pay $45 even though we already paid. We called for help and it took a little while to get the help, we even had to get out of line once to let other cars go.

I booked a room march 30 for 2 nights for a wedding. My boyfriend, what was paying for it, decided he wanted to go one day earlier. Since the trip could be cancelled, I booked the other trip first and then tried to cancel the other room. I noticed about 36 hours before the reservation that it had not properly cancelled thru Expedia. I called Expedia and they said the hotel agreed to cancel and remove charges… but my boyfriend was charged after all- for both nights Expedia told me they had take. Care of it and I would not be charged. Westcliff was not if any help when I called direct. They just said to file a grievance. They charges over $1000, when the room charge should have been $700.

"Glorified Airport Hotel with Luxury Pricing"

Here for a one night stay and everything has been pretty bad. I guess this used to be a standard Marriott hotel and they did the whole "lipstick on a pig" thing and did some repainting and some new furnishings and rebranded this "Autograph Collection". Rude front desk staff. Bad housekeeping. Absolutely disgusting pool area. Totally absent management which is not surprising given how this property is run. Basically the property caters to massive groups and corporate contracts for offices nearby. Would absolutely not stay here for any personal stay if given the choice. The worst part is the scam $30 "amenity fee" charged daily which basically gets you $30 to spend at their crappy lobby bar.
