I was very disappointed with the room. It felt like I was put into a closet. There was no way to look out but at a hill. I couldn’t even wash my face in the sink because the sink was the size of a cereal bowl. I don’t think I will ever stay at this place again.

We stay here every time we are in San Diego. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool is well maintained. The Waffle spot has the best waffles we’ve ever had!

"Centrally located"

There were pros and cons staying here. Pros-location, easy parking, clean w/daily maid service, mini fridge, quick hot water good TV, helpful staff. We did experience a problem that was quickly dealt with to our satisfaction, esay highway access. Cons-no microwave in room, but one located with the ice in a room by the pool. Tight space for sink and bathroom, light over mirror is low if you're tall, the drawers were so hard to open we couldn't use them. Hard to park anywhere in town, stairs to the second floor. It was fine for us, not bad, not wonderful, but just know what to expect.

"Amazing, clean, family friendly."

Everytime we go to San Diego, we stay here at the kings inn. The staff is always super friendly, rooms are clean, pool is huge, the waffle spot is super tasty and cheap. For the price, you cannot find this much of a deal anywhere else. We are looking forward to our next stay!

"Comfortable, conveniet location, and good breakfast place."

The hotel staff was accomodating as our plane was late. It was comfortable and the Waffle Spot is good for breakfast. Location was also good as it was near the airport. The rooms could use more outlets though.
