The polite and approachable gentleman who met us in reception and the manner in which we were dealt with. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and had everything.

Short stay. First time at the Crowne Plaza. The room was lovely & clean, deco was great. The bed was so comfy. We had a meal in the Thai restaurant it was fab. The mini bus came every 10 mins to pick you up to take you to your terminal. Would definitely stay again.10/10
