"Excellent location for transport links."

The location is excellent, next to the station and transport links, and lots of nearby restaurants, cafes and shopping. The room design had a nice feel to it. The staff were helpful, friendly and had good English language skills.

An iron in the room would have been convenient, but was accessible when requested. We tried the breakfast for one day, but could not find anything to our liking.

Nos encantó la habitación, muy espaciosa, limpia y equipada! El obsequio de botellas de agua cuando necesitábamos también es buen detalle. La localización es ideal porque el transporte para cualquier sitio se cogía a 2minutos andando! También había buenos locales para comer cerca

Tienen servicio de lavandería pero solo 2 lavadoras y fue una odisea poder usarlas!

カードリータの不備、荷物サービスの間違い、天候によるサービスの不統一 結果的には解決しましたが 要望に添えない理由、代わりになるサービス、提案が統一されているとなおベター。 スタッフが一生懸命取り組まれているのは伝わりました。
