The hotel was ideally located close to Kyoto station to enable us to travel further afield. The reception staff were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile each day.

Very disappointed with the breakfast buffet, not a lot of choice and the hot food was lukewarm. The appearance and comfort differed vastly from our earlier stay at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier, though we assumed that this was because it was so close to Kyoto Station, which was the reason we chose it.
