Friendly and welcoming reception, clean and tidy cabins upon arrival, instant coffee, tea, kettle, kitchen utensils etc. Spacious cabin, quiet the 3 nights stayed. Convienant location for drives to Torquay beach

Oven didn't work, lots of shady long term residents in the trailer park with odd behavior can feel unsettling and unsafe at times , people were constantly in and out the laundry area waited until stay was finished to do laundry at another place.
