We always have an amazing experience in this hotel except for some noisy guest .. Jessica the manager is great and the lady I charge for breakfast .. good people

I was billed twice for the same stay and I can’t reach anyone to have the second billing removed

It was obvious that was an older building. There was aIt was obvious that was an older building. There was a corner in the bathroom where mold had been allowed to grow and wad not cleaned. The room and hallway carpets appeared new, but the furniture was obviously worn. Their computers system was down and they had to take pictures of my credit card and drivers license. I’m still a bit worried about that! The hotel was in an industrial area, but everything else was full and I was late in making arrangements.

We got to Fairfield Inn and there system is down and they didn’t have a room for us. We have to find a different hotel
