"Great location! Hotel in need for some improvements."

The hotel is in a surprisingly quite location considering the main roads nearby. Is surrounded by lush green trees and just across the main road you can reach within walking distance the beautiful Coate Lake with the miniature railway that we enjoyed it so much. Beautiful location, at least in the summer.

The pool water should be checked more often as most of the time they seem very dirty. Also the sauna is full of dust and doesn’t have the ladle with water and maybe some essential oil (that would add a big plus). Also they should upgrade the windows to double glazed.. as they seem very unsafe. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable especially for adults. They should provide a good quality mattress topper at least.

"Great value for money"

Clean room, had everything we needed (hairdryer, bathrobes, small fridge, kettle, shampoo and showergel). We loved the pool and good breakfast and one evening we had free dinner buffet for children or free children meal with adult meal.

Only minor things: room felt a bit small for 3 people and the cupboard door was broken
