Absolutely great location, able to walk everywhere in Madrid city center. SUPER GREAT service from Christian who helped us with explaining everything in the unit, drawing us a map of nearby places (mall, metros, best restaurant streets, etc.), to giving us advice to take the metro to avoid the road closures & taxi issues when we had to catch a train to the Atocha station on Spain's National Day (Oct12). There was a lift/elevator to the 3rd floor, and the unit had all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, including a washer/dyer, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed & sofa, and even a lovely balcony where one could enjoy the atmosphere of the pedestrian Calle Preciados below.

TV didn't work - Christian tried his best to fix it but was unsuccessful. However, this wasn't a big seal since we were so busy with everything we wanted to do in Madrid, and were pretty spent when we got back to the unit!

Todo muy bien, nos dieron el apartamento antes de la hora del checkin, nos trajeron las llaves en persona. Muy contento con los servicios.

Un poco de ruido por la noche pero no demasiado y la zona era muy céntrica.
