It was a room.

It was hot and the AC couldn't cool off. There were no fans. Parking was a hassle and cost 35 euros. So plan on additional cost for this already pricey room.

Amazing location right in the heart of Madrid, close to everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped – just like the photos. Friendly and responsive staff, available even via WhatsApp. Surprisingly quiet considering the central location, with great air conditioning. Entrance is through a small indoor passage, a bit odd but not a big deal. Overall a great stay – highly recommended and we would definitely come back! 🤍

The location couldn't have been better. The apartment was clean, modern, with all the necessary amenities, surprisingly quiet. Christian was very communicative and helpful. We loved it! We traveled Spain for nearly 3 weeks and this was our favorite stay.
