Staff totally sucked had no customer skills at all we paid an extra expense for our doodle no shedding dog like 75.00 and nowhere did it say that when making reservations, then to top it off went to get a piece of toast and coffee and was told I needed a voucher ? Went to desk to ask about it and was told my rate did not include a voucher,? I did complain and said I paid over 150 bucks I should at least get that he said no he did not make rules!! What topped it all off when we came done to checkout and go eat breakfast at Perkins the guy at desk looked at me and said to try and have a better day I almost lost it!!! Never again at this place
