Quality Inn at Bangor Mall

The Staff was wonderful. I had my small dog with us, and the pet area was really great, too.

I wish we'd have had a little more space, 2 comfortable chairs and a recliner. We stayed for my husband's day surgery hip replacement and he really needed a recliner. Also, knowing ahead of time we could have gotten a medical discount would have been nice, but I had already paid and didn't want the hassle of re-doing it.

The Staff was friendly and did everything they could to make our stay after my husbands hip replacement safe and wonderful. The doggie yard was nice, grassy, and fenced to give my dog room to get some exercise.

I wish the room was more handicap accessible, my husband used a walker after surgery and the toilet seat was very low.

Bed was little hard but everything else was perfect.

It was clean

Our shower didn't work so we weren't able to shower. The bed was so uncomfortable I didn't sleep all night. And the TV channels were all messed up so it was difficult to find anything to watch.

Just being on the first floor it was little noisy in the morning hour.
