Alexis has been my hero! Today is my wedding day and she she was assisting me even when I had questions before our stay. We will always come back in this hotel and everyone has been amazing, but she made every day so much for me she accommodating and friendly and kind and a bright lighy

I stopped in this hotel for six nights in March. I liked the room because it had a bedroom with a king size bed; and a separate lounge and kitchenette (Microwave, fridge, sink, and storage). As others have already said, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased to see the manager walking the floor at 6.30AM, checking the breakfast, and having a quick chat with all the staff. The complementary breakfast is very good including made to order omelette. The hotel also offered a couple of free drinks, between 5.00PM - 6.30PM, which I thought was a nice touch. The final positive, from my perspective, is the location, if using the Washington Metro, you can get off at Pentagon city or Crystal city stations, they're a similar distance from the hotel (Both stations service the Blue and Yellow lines). I arrived and left via Washington Dulles International Airport; the metro takes about 75 minutes from IAD airport to the hotel, with one change. If I had to say something negative about this hotel it would probably be the fact they have school parties stopping there, but apart from a 5/10 minute surge at breakfast, all the groups, without exception, were quite and well behaved, so even this would not deter me from stopping here. I guess the ultimate recommendation is the fact I would be happy to use this hotel again.

Everyone was very wonderful and kind, helpful at every turn. Fnu and Alexis were very helpful as well with helping us with transportation.

Alexis, who works at the front desk, made my journey and stay at the embassy suites in arlington virginia Unforgettable. The accommodations and rooms were great, but your service was better the accommodation. because of Alexis.
