We were given a room and it had feces in the bed they switch us rooms and that room Had dirty towels very nasty

Our stay was okay. No offense intended but my review is just based on my past experience from the other embassy suites location. • The rooms are semi-renovated but still needs work done. • The towels were all stained but still used them the sad part was even after I requested for a new batch, they were still stained. • The bathroom sink has a mold/mildew, didn’t feel comfortable for the rest of my stay. • The pool location was a little sketchy. • Breakfast was also okay, the texture of the eggs were too rubbery. However the staff were helpful and friendly. Love the timely response of their messaging features and willingness to solve the issue.

I would advise no one to go to this nasty hotel. I will never return. So my room seemed fine until it was time to go to bed and found a piece of feces in the sheet. This is terrible. I complained immediately they seem to not feel it was a big deal. So they moved me and the next room the bathroom towels were dirty. This is not acceptable. So I’m trying to figure out how many rooms was I going to have to move to before getting a clean room. Please I advise do not go there, they don’t clean their rooms and it shows because the parking lot is empty no one is staying there. When I talked to Sarah the supervisor she said I will refund you one night but they screwed up on both rooms I’m confused. Then she lied and said she made it up by bringing snacks and upgrading to a suite. But the suite has dirty towels so what’s good about that? Please do not go there I will show you a picture of the feces because I thought it was chocolate until I smelled it. F*** gross I’m done!!! I’m guessing where ever they’re storing their sheets is invested with mice. And last but not least when check out time you will not see no house keepers like other hotel. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

The best breakfast ever. They have a cook that makes omelette n pancakes for you. Plus everything else you can think of they have. plus they have a bar and restaurant
