"Great rooms, questionable staff"

Everything was great, the check in was great too. It was a well dressed black woman and she was very helpful and respectful.

On the other hand, when I was leaving out, I let the receptionist know I was leaving early but having someone come back to grab my stuff. Left a name and anything they needed. Guy came and the receptionist gave him a hard time, it felt racist, too bad I didn’t get her name.

The restaurant downstairs and the quietness of the hotel

Had to move rooms on first arrival due to damage to door of room..no ac or heat in room and pull out was heavily stained and dirty The PM CLERK with red hair didn't really seem to care, once we got back to the room she called and said we could move rooms again the night before check out, which was more of an inconvenience and
